In December of 2004 AES Group created a program for an Insurance agent in central Missouri that allowed that agent to track his entire customer base fast and easy. This included auto, home, and health insurance. This gave his employees quick access to all their records that are needed on a daily basis. Now they can enter new clients, new family members, and notes for those clients and family members, new products for those individuals, and ticklers or reminders for those individuals. We also gave them the ability to print reports for those clients and find items that are needed.

 

Insurance Client Manger© greatly improved the agentÕs efficiency to:

            Service his existing client base

            Sort his current client history

            Track potential new clients

            Improved scheduling of his time and his employeeÕs time so that they could sell more products to new customers.

 

Since then AES Group modified that product to accept scanned documents and the ability to index those documents and search for them. In early 2006 AES Group has improved Insurance Client Manger© even more and has given the software the ability to be accessed from a local database or even better, a remote database.
